Application Requirements and Process
All applicants must read the Aiken Wellness Holiday Market Vendor Information page.
Applications will be reviewed and chosen by the Aiken Wellness team based on the following:
A Complete 2025 Application: Applications must be completed with all required information and submitted prior to the deadline. Please apply HERE
Type of Product: Our desire is to host a variety of unique handmade artisans of the highest quality, with minimal product overlap. Multi-level marketing businesses need not apply. Products should be original, well-crafted, and a good fit for a family-friendly event. We are unable to accept any vendors that are in direct competition with our current product offerings.
Priority is given to LOCALLY grown, produced, processed and crafted products (within 100 miles of Aiken).
Vendor Fees
Price per 10’x10’ Outside Space: $35
Price per 6’ Table Interior Space: $50
Electricity: $15 (limited availability)
Each vendor will be assigned a 10’x10’ space and must provide their own tent with weights.
Additional spaces are available and should be requested on the application.
Payment is due by November 1st. Refunds will not be offered, so please ensure that you are able to attend when you pay your invoice.
Market Rules
Set-Up:
Vendors may begin set up in their designated spot at 8am.
ALL vehicles MUST be off the lawn by 9:30am – NO exceptions.
During set-up, vehicles may be temporarily parked in the drivable area or their assigned space for no more than 15 minutes at a time. Please plan to unload your vehicle, move it to the parking area, and only then begin setting up your booth.
Vendor cars may NOT park or unload in other vendor’s assigned spaces.
Excessive tardiness may result in forfeiture of your privilege to participate future markets.
Parking:
Vendors will be provided with a map of parking areas and designated booth spaces.
Booth:
Each vendor will be given either a 10’x10’ outdoor space or a 6’ interior space. Please keep your merchandise neatly within your designated area.
Vendors must provide their own tent with weights. Unweighted tents will not be permitted.
Each vendor must provide their own tables, chairs, and other needed furniture. Tables and chair will not be provided.
All items must be clearly priced.
Market Take Down:
Market Take Down may begin at 3pm. Vehicles will not be permitted on to the lawn until 3:10pm.
Early take down is not permitted and will forfeit your ability to participate in any future markets or Aiken Wellness events.
Time allotted for take down is one hour. If you will require more than one hour, please inform our team when you pay your invoice.
Vendors must clean up their space before leaving the site. Any trash or refuse can be placed in the dumpster behind our building.
Early take down or trash left behind will incur a fine $50.
Cancellation:
This event will take place - Rain or Shine! In cases of severe weather that would threaten the general public (lightning, hurricanes, etc), Aiken Wellness reserves the right to cancel the market and reschedule.
Vendors are not permitted to set up on the property or sell out of their vehicles if the market is cancelled for any reason.
Additional Market Rules
By participating in the Aiken Wellness Holiday Market, each vendor agrees to the following:
Aiken Wellness reserves the right to prohibit anyone from selling and/or refusing any product from being sold.
Vendors are not allowed to promote another organization or event including non-profit organizations and political candidates and/or issues.
Aiken Wellness reserves the right to refuse participation to vendors who do not comply with market regulations or do not meet market standards which include, but are not limited to, following all local, city, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Vendors may not sell any items not approved or listed in their application.
Market staff has the right to ask a vendor to remove their products.
Vendors are required to wear proper attire, including shoes and shirts, while selling.
Aiken Wellness is not liable for any injury, theft or damage to either the buyer or seller, or their property, arising from or pertaining to preparation for or participation in the market.
Abusive language and hazardous or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Aiken Wellness staff has the right to request the offending vendor to leave the area. Upon failure of the offending party to leave, we may remove property at the vendor’s expense, and the market is discharged from any and all loss or damage occurring in such removal.
Aiken Wellness does not guarantee the marketability of the vendors’ goods or the success of the vendors’ efforts.
Each vendor operates as an individual entity and is responsible for setting his/her own prices. Weights and measures are expected to be in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
