Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) involves breathing in concentrated oxygen while inside a mild hyperbaric chamber, designed to simulate a slightly higher atmospheric pressure or 10-foot scuba dive.
This non-invasive therapy is the easiest way for our body to uptake oxygen to tissues and organs that are not able to absorb enough oxygen. Oxygen under pressure dissolves into a liquid (plasma), increasing penetration 400% deeper into our tissues and organs in comparison with our typical blood supply.
Research has proven that treatment is cumulative and is recommended at 60-90 minutes over 40-80 treatments for optimal results. This may seem like a lot, but is essential for rebuilding infrastructure, cellular health and creating neuroplasticity.

Benefits of HBOT:
Athletic Recovery: Many athletes use mild hyperbaric chambers to expedite their recovery time after injuries or intense workouts. The increased oxygenation in the body helps reduce inflammation and promotes healing, aiding in faster recovery.
Chronic Illness: Individuals with chronic illnesses like Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis often turn to mild hyperbaric chambers to alleviate their symptoms. HBOT has been shown to effectively reduce inflammation and improve circulation, leading to pain relief and improved overall well-being.
Wound Healing: HBOT offers significant benefits for individuals with chronic wounds such as diabetic ulcers. It promotes wound healing by enhancing oxygen delivery to the tissues, stimulating the growth of new blood vessels, and boosting the immune response.
Anti-Aging and Increased Collagen Production: Mild hyperbaric chambers are also used for their potential anti-aging effects. HBOT has been shown to improve cellular function and reduce inflammation, which can contribute to healthier aging.
General Wellness: Many people incorporate mild hyperbaric chambers into their wellness routines to enhance their overall health and well-being. The therapy is believed to improve energy levels, promote better sleep, and support overall vitality.
Reduced Inflammation: HBOT can decrease inflammation by downregulating inflammatory cytokines and promiting antioxidant defenses, potentially reducing the risk of chronic diseases linked to inflammation.
Improved Stem Cell Function: HBOT has been shown to mobilize stem cells from the bone marrow, which can aid in tissue regeneration and repair.
Enhanced Cognitive Function: Studies suggest that HBOT may improve cognitive functions, which could be beneficial for aging-related cognitive decline and conditions related to an inflamed brain.
Support for Long Covid: In a randomized controlled trial, documented significant improvements in cognitive, psychiatric, fatigue, sleep, and pain symptoms among long Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID) patients who underwent hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).

The best results come from repeated sessions that are close together because the treatment is cumulative. One or two sessions will NOT give you the desired results.
Daily Treatments
When dealing with severe or chronic conditions that need fast healing, daily treatments will provide the best possible outcome. Scientific studies show significant results based on five treatments per week for a minimum of 20 sessions, although 40 sessions is optimal.
Weekly or Monthly Treatments
This schedule is used for preventative purposes, such as for anti-aging treatments or for athletic performance. Individual treatments improve energy levels or headaches, but will NOT provide cumulative benefits.
Package Scheduling
We recommend scheduling all of your package sessions at the time you begin treatment. These appointments can be changed if needed, but because the HBOT is in high demand, you might find yourself unable to receive treatment with the frequency you need for optimal healing.
